Bethany Bowra is a sixteen year-old Conservative who created her blog, Next Generation Voters, almost two years ago.  After witnessing the youth's blind following of Barack Obama in 2008, she felt the need to get involved and help change the direction of this country and the way young people view politics.  She is committed to getting more young people involved in politics and aware of current events; she believes that if we don't voice our opinions now about national issues, we will inherit a country too far over the edge to ever bring back. Bethany hopes to stay active in politics by either getting more involved in journalism or even running for office one day.
